About Guidepost

For the work
behind the service.

Guidepost is a presentation app for churches, built to help one person prepare a service and run it from the booth.

Keep the focus
on the service.

I’ve spent more than 20 years as a professional software engineer, and I also serve in the sound room at my local church. I know firsthand how important it is to have tools that are reliable, intuitive, and stay out of the way. When I couldn’t find presentation software that met our needs without requiring a subscription, I decided to build it myself.

That experience shaped Guidepost from the beginning. Everything is designed to help you focus on what matters, whether you’re preparing slides during the week or presenting during a service. Dedicated workspaces keep preparation, organization, and presentation simple and focused. And when it’s time to go live, the current slide and what’s coming next are always in clear view.

A focused tool

Useful in the booth.

Guidepost brings the service into one presentation, with songs, scripture, media, and reusable slides close at hand. Clear live controls and a separate Stage Display help the operator, speaker, and musicians follow along.

A straightforward purchase

Yours without a subscription.

You’ll be able to try every feature for 30 days before buying a one-time license. Updates within your major version are free, and upgrading to a future major version is your choice.
